This new album on Digby’s own label ‘Rose Cottage Records’ is his first on-record celebration of authentic New Orleans jazz, recorded in the company of Dave Claridge’s Jazz Band, during a live concert at the Southend Jazz Festival 1992.”Playing real New Orleans-style jazz”, says Digby, “is something I love to do.
