However if you are travelling to Chipstead FC it’s best to go to Coulsdon South where there is a District Cars cab office and you should be able to get a cab to the ground for about £5 and book a return journey. Beware though! -if you travel to Chipstead Station there is NO cab office and it is about 1.1/2 miles to the ground, up a very steep and narrow hill with NO pavements or street lights.

After Pershore, Digby will be rushing down the motorway to celebrate a great JAZZ BRUNCH with his Friends at Ronnie Scott’s, 47 Frith Street, LONDON W1D 4HT (as if you needed telling!). Playing for the ‘George Melly Sculpture Appeal’. There’s plans afoot to commission a major piece of sculpture to be set in Brecon, George’s longtime stomping-ground and fishing-waters where he once owned a castle (and a stretch of the River Usk!).
