After Pershore, Digby will be rushing down the motorway to celebrate a great JAZZ BRUNCH with his Friends at Ronnie Scott’s, 47 Frith Street, LONDON W1D 4HT (as if you needed telling!). The brunch (a first for the club!) runs from around 12-4pm and you can book tickets on:020 7439 0747. Dig’s friends will include NICK DAWSON (piano and songs and the current M/D for ‘Mamma Mia’ down the road), plus KAREN SHARP (just voted top tenor saxophonist in the 2009 British Jazz Awards!) JOHN DAY on bass and STOP PRESS! - Britain’s ‘King of the Drums’ ERIC DELANEY making a rare London appearance! Some other well-known guests have promised - or threatened -to drop in too! It’ll be a great way to spend lunchtime in London’s legendary home of jazz, so do come and join us!
